As a coach and entrepreneur, I, Adriaan Romijn, have embarked on a captivating journey, combining my passion for personal development and entrepreneurship.

As a 6-2 (Role Model-Hermit) Projector in Human Design, I am naturally an intuitive guide and advisor.

With my profound knowledge and experience, I have, over the past few years, dedicated myself to guiding individuals, teams, and businesses to realize their full potential, while simultaneously building my own companies and aiding others in their growth.

As a coach, it allowed me to collaborate with professionals from various sectors locally and internationally, assisting them in overcoming personal and professional challenges. Through empathy, goal-orientation, and tailored strategies, I guide(d) them towards positive change and growth. As an entrepreneur, I have founded and successfully led various businesses. This experience has fortified my entrepreneurial skills and provided me with a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the business world. With this knowledge, I can support (aspiring) entrepreneurs and professionals in making strategic decisions, developing leadership skills, and optimizing their business outcomes.

With my background in both coaching and entrepreneurship, I offer a unique blend of skills. I firmly believe in the importance of self-reflection, setting ambitious goals, and taking decisive actions to achieve them. With my guidance, individuals, teams, and businesses can challenge themselves, push their boundaries, and achieve greater success.

My mission as a coach and entrepreneur is to inspire and support others in realizing their personal and business ambitions. With my enthusiasm, determination, and proven results, I am positioned to be a valuable partner for anyone seeking growth, success, and fulfillment in both their personal and professional life's.

I also aim to contribute to society in my own way. I dedicate 10% of my business hours to societal causes. I have chosen to participate, on a voluntairy basis, in two projects:

1. Forward.Inc as a Startup/Incubator Coach. Within the Forward Incubator (FI) program, I guide entrepreneurs with refugee status at a strategic level, assisting them in testing their key assumptions, setting goals, and sharing my network, enabling them to start, fund, and grow their own businesses.

2. Qredits as a Business Coach. For Qredits clients, I provide guidance and coaching to entrepreneurs in starting, growing, or expanding their business. In this manner, I contribute to promoting entrepreneurship.
