You have the option to participate in our mentee community. Of course, this is entirely optional.
Your mentor will, if desired and agreed upon, contact you every week for a brief update. These updates are separate from the regular mentoring sessions and are intended to discuss your progress and address any questions.
At the beginning of a mentoring journey, we always set clear goals. In addition to the final evaluation, we also conduct interim assessments to measure progress and ensure we stay on the right track.
